- It is unlikely that we can use darken images (the brighter background, the better). However, if the image is of a pet that has passed we will do our absolute best with the photo provided.
- Close up photos to the face will capture more of your pets details.
- If there is a problem with the photo provided, we will contact you by email-please keep an eye on your email- processing time will not begin until photo has been approved.
