What are your shipping options?
We have 3 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the North Port, Sarasota/Venice area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
*Please keep in mind that weather delays, COVID-19 related delays, and delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, are outside our control.
Standard US Shipping - Our boutique offers standard shipping on all US orders. Just please give us 3-5 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
2 Business Days - $20 - Place your order by 2pm EST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day- excluding custom design or made to order items. You will receive your order in just 2 business days (excluding the order date).
Free Local Pickup Coming Soon! - We offer free local pickup at Urban Culture in North Port, FL. Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Friday and Saturday 10:00am-4pm. Our physical address is . We love to serve our local peeps!
Please expect shipping delays during the Holiday season.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, we are experiencing delays in shipping, and your order may take longer than usual to ship. Please refer to our SHIPPING FAQs for additional information.
Standard shipping orders take 3-5 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.
Second-day shipping are NOT available to post office boxes—all standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.
We do offer Free Shipping on orders that are over $75 within the continental United States (excluding APO address).
Orders placed after noon (eastern) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.
There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.
Lost Packages- If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note this may take up to 2 weeks.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue a refund if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue a refund.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered by the customer, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Please make sure all shipping info is correct before placing your order.
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
